Quality is the #1 priority of all employees at CT Tool. Our manufacturing processes are carefully engineered to ensure that the highest levels of predictable quality are achieved and maintained.
SPC Techniques are utilized throughout the facility by trained manufacturing technicians and qualified inspection personnel.
In-process and final inspection is performed on all products utilizing Coordinate Measuring Machines, MicroHites, Air Gaging, Dial Bores and standard measurement equipment. All measurement and test equipment is calibrated and traceable to the National Institute of Standards & Technology.
CT Tool’s quality management system meets the highest industry standards. In addition to customer specific certifications, we have the following industry recognized certifications:
