CT Tool has the manufacturing know-how to produce a broad range of individual parts made from a variety of materials – including Flight Safety parts, complex assemblies and prepackaged kits for streamlined point of use assembly.
Each family is produced in a distinct manufacturing cell.
- Spherical thin-walled parts from 1.5” in diameter to 16” Parts can be ground on hardened steel, aluminum, chrome plate over aluminum and plasma coatings. Elliptical spheres can also be ground.
- Carburized liners, races and roller retainers case-hardened up to RC-65 in a variety of shapes and sizes. All dimensions are finished after hardening for extreme accuracy.
- Complex housings, manufactured from bar stock, forgings or castings, in a multitude of shapes and sizes up to 20” overall length and 24” diameter.
- Flight Safety chrome plated parts manufactured using a technique developed in-house that grinds chrome on aluminum, steel, Inconel and other materials.
