Our sophisticated manufacturing capabilities produce hard-to-manufacture parts and assemblies that fit these commodities:

Formed sheet metal parts including air seals, bracket assemblies, heat shields, retaining rings, inlet covers and combustor details
Precision machined components from bar stock, castings and forgings, including rolled ring air seals, fairings, snap rings, and flanges
Complex sheet metal assemblies and weldments including tail cones, transition ducts, manifold assemblies, structural housings, seal supports and afterburner spray rings

Kitting is a value-added service that Whitcraft provides its customers. Total kitting includes the procurement, pre-assembly and packing of multiple parts in a single kit for delivery straight to point of use, be it the customer’s assembly floor or manufacturing cell.
